Job description:
The Grant Finance Associate will report to the Country Office Director and provide financial, functional, and administrative support for grants and programs. Responsibilities include preparing projects budgets, financial statements, and reports, ensuring compliance with donor accounting policies, and monitoring expenditures. The role also involves representing Children Believe to donors, facilitating audits, and providing training to project accountants.
Qualifications:
.University degree in accounting and a minimum of 2 years in the field;
.At least 3 years of experience in grant financial management;
.Understanding of donor and partner procedures;
.Experience with multi-donor fund management;
.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct);
. Fluency in English and a local language
