Upright Partners is recruiting a Program Manager for Children Believe in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
Location: Ouagadougou
Contract Type: Fixed-term (1 year, renewable based on performance) with a 3-month trial period
Start Date: September 2024
Work Schedule: Full-time

RESPONSABILITIES:
. Guide annual program planning an budgeting;
.Develop strategic documents and implement program/project plans;
. Ensure stakeholder participation and adherence to governance and quality standards:
.Oversee grant program implementation and compliance;
.Identify partnerships, contribute to global learning, and drive program innovation;
.Maintain internal controls and risk mitigation.
Qualifications:
.master’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field;
.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
. Proven experience in capacity building, training, and coaching.
.Strong networking, proposal writing, and report writing skills;
.proficiency in RBM or PDA tools, genser analysis, and transformative approaches;
.Leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills;
. Fluency in English and a local language.
